Ancestor Fire Ceremony
Sunday, November 7
Muir Beach, CA
Samhain (pronounced SAH-when) is the cross-quarter holiday between the Autumnal Equinox and Winter Solstice, marking the end of the harvest season and the transition to winter. It is truly an auspicious time, and not just because it inspired our modern day Halloween! It is also when Mother Earth "dreams in" the year to come, and the veil between the ancestral & earth realms are thin. Let's gather to honor our ancestors, and with them, enjoy one another's company and collectively dream in a beautiful year!
What to bring: a log for the fire, a small stick to burn, a photo of any ancestors to place on a blanket, any food/tea if you wish.
It is a 10-15 minute walk from the car to the beach. Please let me know if you plan on coming.
See you there,
Note: Friends welcomed. Unless a service animal, please leave beloved pets at home.
