The Center for Health & Happiness - 131 Camino Alto, Suite G, is located across the street from Mill Valley Middle School.  This lovely space is shared by a talented group of practitioners, covering the gamut of personal care from cranial-sacral, acupuncture, reflexology, massage, organic skin care, and more.  One stop shopping!  Starting on October 16th, I am officially joining the team.  My regular days are Sunday and every other Wednesday, and I'm excited for the possibilities and seeing you in a new location.  You can contact me directly to book.

WHAT THE HECK IS A HEART OPENING??
The heart is at the center of our luminous body, and connects us all.  When we have energetic blockages in this area, we might feel as if we are drowning in abandonment, or resentment...perhaps we are withdrawn, overcome by shame, or have the inability to commit to others and our greater community.  A heart opening session uses shamanic energy medicine to release blockages keeping us from an energy center that flows in alignment with our true essence.  As a result, we might find not only an improved immune response, but a freedom from the qualities that weigh us down.  Forgiveness, peace, self-acceptance, and selfless love abound.  Physical symptoms in the lungs, heart, wrists, and circulatory system can begin to improve, and we are more apt to surrender to the love that is at our center of being, improving the connection with those we love.
WHAT THE HECK IS ENERGY MEDICINE??
Shamanic Energy Medicine works on removing the imprints of disease or trauma stored in our luminous energy field. These imprints can be left for us through our genetic line, or perhaps through life experience and societal conditioning.  Through direct connection with the spirit & ancestral realms, and an altered state of consciousness, the practitioner is able to locate and clear the field so that it is restored to a state of peace and harmony.  The sessions are gentle, and aligned with the organizing principles of nature and the greater universe. All the work is permission based and practiced in a safe and sacred space.
