Join Shaman Molly Maguire, Poet Tobi Earnheart-Gold, Yoga Teacher Angela Sterpka, and Musician Gabriel Harris for a magical day in communion with the beautiful redwood trees of Mount Tamalpais.
Our day will include easy-to-moderate hiking, shamanic journeying and fire ceremony, a poetry writing workshop, vegetarian food from Lotus Cafe, and a guided yoga nidra class under the redwoods accompanied by live music. |
